SINCLAIR C5 JET CAR!

This is a world's first! An actual Sinclair C5 powered with a real Jet EngineThe engine in question is a JFS100-13A gas jet turbine engine and this awesome machine was built by the famous Adrian Bennett of www.jetpower.co.uk where you will be able to view a detailed report on the build of this incredible vehicle. The build cost was over £10,000 not including the unbelievable amount of man hours in labour which would have quite literally escalated it's cost into well over £20,000!!

It will travel at a staggerring speed of in excess of 100% mph!!! You may have seen it on the TV series Pulling Power, where it starred! If not watch the video above as the 2nd half shows the clip. It has only recently had a Brand New turbine wheel and shaft fitted and runs on Jet A1 fuel or heating oil (nice and easy to find!)

I could go on all day about how absolutely incredible this vehicle is but I will let the VIDEO above do all the talking and the PHOTOS below.
